Below are answers to some
questions to help you with the process.
-
What To Do First - Determine
the budget you have to work with, and then pick the type of apparel you
would like from our catalog. You can request a catalog from our "Request
Information" page. Send us the information by using our online form or
fax it to our office. Our professional staff will contact you to help you
with the process.
-
How Long Will It Take - Embroidery of garments usually requires 2 weeks. If a rush order is required,
our staff can provide you with an estimated delivery time.
-
Minimum Orders - Minimums
start at 12 pieces. You may mix types of garments to meet the minimum order
quantities.
-
Setup Costs - Setup costs
are based upon stitch counts in the item. There is a one-time charge of
$18/1000 stitches with a minimum setup of $75. Charges for over 15,000
stitches vary and are quoted.
-
Payment Methods - Orders
require a 50% deposit at start-up with balance due upon completion. We
also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
-
Artwork - Black and white
or color copy of your logo to show how the
finished design should look best. If you are supplying a disk, files
should be provided in .eps format. If you do not have a design, no problem!
Our graphic designers will work with your ideas to create a great
looking graphic for your embroidery job.
-
Proofs - Stitch
samples of new embroidery for approval are available to make final edits.
If you require a sample sew-out which will leave our office, using the actual
thread colors you have requested, we charge $10.00. If you would like your
logo sewn on a sample garment, extra time should be added to your time
estimates, and this one piece will be billed at a higher rate than your
volume order.
-
Reorders - Reorders are
gladly accepted. We keep a record of your graphics on file and prices can
be quoted by our customer service department.
